Access to assignments on WorkStation requires qualifications. You can earn different qualifications by taking assessments that evaluate your skillset. To view the list of available qualifications, click on “Earn Qualifications” in the left rail navigation.
Some qualifications have prerequisites. If a qualification has a prerequisite, it means that you must first earn a different qualification in order to gain access to it. For example, before you can earn the Copy Writer qualification, you must first earn the Junior Copy Writer qualification. A qualification’s prerequisite is listed underneath its description. If the button next to a qualification says “Qualify” instead of “Start,” this means a prerequisite qualification is required for access.
On this page, you’ll also see the other qualifications you can unlock once you earn a certain qualification. Below that is the number of tests required to earn the qualification and the maximum amount of time allowed per test. To begin an assessment, simply click the “Start” button.
You can view more details about each qualification by clicking on the qualification title. On the left side of this page, you’ll see the names of the assessments required, as well as the number of potential assignments and your potential earnings. Underneath the assessment title, you’ll see the number of available attempts and the score required to pass. You can also see the time it takes to complete the assessment and the number of questions. Once you’ve completed an assessment, this page will also show your results. To start a test from this screen, simply click “Begin Test.”
If you fail an assessment, you must wait a certain period of time before you can try again. During this time, the button on the “Earn Qualifications” page will say “Ineligible” instead of “Start.”
If you pass the required assessments and earn a qualification, head to the Find Work page and check out the work you’ve unlocked, or go back to the Earn Qualifications page to see the new qualification assessments you can access.
